We met Tami Bronner Co-founder & COO of Cellerium at TWS2009. The company offers a platform for creating rich dynamic web application for cellphones. Rather then running code on the company's Website that will adjust it to the cellphone the company offers to re-build the site according to the needs and restrictions of the cellphone experience.  According to Tami they will be offering their platform for users in the near future in a license model. In the mean time they create their clients mobile sites using their platform.
