As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week Beit Berl's Gaming Department organized a panel of speakers to discuss the current situation of the Israeli Gaming Industry and the opportunities ahead. Beit Berl's gaming department is the first of its kind in Israel and is only three years old. It offers computer studies along with art studies.We interviewed Renard Glozman, Guy Bendov and Goldy about the current situation of the Israeli gaming industry.
We heard about the lack of funding the need to create a governmental fund that would support aspiring game creators. Bendov concluded saying there was still no Israeli gaming ecosystem and that one big Israeli success story in the gaming area would make the difference.
